Dermal Fillers in Yerevan — Facial Harmony & Rejuvenation
Enhance facial balance, restore selected areas of lost volume, and explore subtle facial contouring through a personalized approach to dermal filler treatments.

The basics
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable gels placed beneath the skin to restore volume, add support or refine contours. Most are based on hyaluronic acid, chosen in different densities depending on whether the goal is deep structural support — such as at the cheekbone or chin — or a softer, more superficial correction.
With age, the face gradually loses bone support and fat volume, which can make features look flatter or more tired. Fillers are one way to address selected changes. Lines caused by muscle movement are a different matter, often better suited to Botox and wrinkle relaxation.

Facial harmonization
A harmonious face is not a set of perfect individual features but a balanced whole. Successful planning considers your bone structure, proportions, skin quality, how your face moves and what you want to achieve.
Often the most natural result comes from small, well-placed amounts in supporting areas rather than a lot of product in one spot. For the lips specifically, see our page on natural-looking lip fillers.
Your personalized consultation
Not every concern is best treated with filler, and not everyone is a suitable candidate. During your consultation, Dr. Sose reviews your medical history, examines your face from several angles and explains what filler can — and cannot — realistically do for you. The aim is a plan you understand and feel comfortable with, including the option to do nothing at all.
Results & recovery
Some change is visible straight away, but swelling, tenderness and bruising are common for several days and can mask the final result. Results vary between individuals and change gradually as the filler is broken down. You will receive tailored aftercare advice and a follow-up to assess how the treatment has settled.
Risks & safety
Most side effects are mild and temporary: swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness or small lumps. Less commonly, infection, delayed swelling or nodules can occur.
A rare but serious risk is a vascular complication, where filler affects blood flow. Recognised and treated promptly, its effects can often be limited — which is why choosing a medically trained injector, careful technique and clear aftercare instructions matter. If you experience severe pain, skin colour change or any visual disturbance after treatment, seek help immediately.
